Ohio LSW Supervision | Virtual Clinical Supervision for Social Workers

This supervision space is designed for social workers seeking more than just completing required supervision hours. While we fully support clinicians in meeting Ohio LISW supervision requirements, this experience is intentionally built to deepen clinical thinking, expand knowledge, and support long-term professional growth.

This is not a “check-the-box” supervision model.

Our approach incorporates a decolonizing and justice-informed supervision framework that encourages critical reflection, ethical practice, cultural responsiveness, and sustainable clinical development. Supervision conversations may include topics related to systems of oppression, power, identity, trauma, community care, liberation-oriented practice, and social justice in clinical work.

Participants will also receive:

  • Curated book recommendations

  • Clinical and community-based resources

  • Guidance for strengthening clinical conceptualization

  • Space for reflection, discussion, and professional development

  • Supportive learning community with fellow clinicians

This supervision group is open to clinicians from diverse backgrounds, identities, and practice settings who are looking for a more intentional, reflective, and growth-centered supervision experience.
